All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through M-Pesa Till Number 5272685. We accept M-Pesa mobile payments for all document purchases.

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds after a download link has been provided. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for:

• Technical issues preventing access to purchased content
• Duplicate purchases
• Incorrect or corrupted files

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
